Concierge medicine is a highly personalized healthcare model where patients pay an annual fee for enhanced services. These include 24/7 direct access to your physician via phone or text, same-day appointments, comprehensive medical care for all health concerns, specialist referrals, and advanced optimization, hormone, and longevity therapies.

As a concierge patient, you will have 24/7 access to your physician via phone, email, or text. Same-day or next-business-day appointments are also available.

Our appointments are significantly longer than traditional medical appointments, ensuring you have ample time to discuss concerns and create a comprehensive care plan with your provider.

Concierge medicine is ideal for individuals who want personalized, proactive care with direct access to their provider, and a focus on long-term health optimization.

For our concierge patients, we offer comprehensive primary care, complete management of all medical issues, specialist referrals, executive physical exams, advanced lab testing (including genetic and liquid biopsy cancer screenings), and personalized treatment plans. This also includes full optimization therapies, including hormone and longevity therapies, as well as urgent care services. For other patients enrolled in specific programs, care is limited to the details of the program (e.g., hormone therapy patients are treated only for hormone-related concerns).

Vitality Care is available only to existing patients and family members of our concierge patients. This program provides limited urgent care and acute medical services on a space-available basis, subject to physician discretion. Dr. Galvin, who is board certified in Emergency Medicine and skilled across many medical specialties, oversees all urgent care services. Availability is limited based on our schedule. Concierge patients, therefore, essentially have access to their own personal Emergency Medicine doctor, which is a significant upgrade from what most primary care physicians can offer.

If a specialist is required, we will facilitate referrals and ensure smooth coordination of care between providers, ensuring continuous communication and treatment consistency.

We do not bill insurance directly. By removing third-party payers, we are able to focus fully on your care without the administrative burden of insurance, which often limits the time and resources available in traditional practices. This allows us to deliver more personalized, effective, and timely care.

Yes. Although we do not accept insurance, we provide properly coded invoices that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. However, please remember that submitting for reimbursement will give your insurer full access to the results of any tests or treatments related to that invoice. Reimbursement varies depending on your specific plan and may require you to meet an annual deductible or co-pay. Please contact your insurance provider for details.

Most insurance companies do not cover compounded medications. Compounding pharmacies typically do not accept insurance for direct payment. Please check with your provider for more details

Some insurance plans may cover the cost of lab tests. It’s best to contact your insurance carrier for details regarding coverage.

Many Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) cover health-related expenses not included under primary health insurance, such as medications, office visits, co-pays, and supplements. Please consult with your employer or the IRS for more details.

Confidentiality is one of our highest priorities. Many of our patients, especially those with advanced testing (such as genetic or cardiac evaluations), are concerned about how much of their medical information could be accessed by external entities, including insurance companies. We take every measure to ensure that you remain in control of your medical data. This is particularly important because such information can affect your eligibility and rates for life or health insurance. All lab work and testing are your property, and you can decide which results, if any, are shared with other providers or insurers.

While we can provide limited coded invoices for some services, if you choose to submit these to your insurer for reimbursement, they will gain full access to the results of the tests or treatments related to that invoice. This is a concern for many of our patients, especially those who are high net worth and use large life insurance policies as part of their estate planning.

We offer telehealth services, allowing you to receive care or advice no matter where you are in the world. Your health remains a priority, even when you're traveling.

In the case of an emergency, we advise going to the nearest emergency room or calling 911. Dr. Galvin will coordinate and advise if you are a concierge patient. He will assist in follow-up care after the emergency is addressed.

Concierge patients benefit from longer appointment times, same-day scheduling, direct communication with their physician, and a proactive focus on prevention, optimization, and overall healthspan. In our practice, concierge patients always have direct access to Dr. Galvin or your provider, who brings a broad set of emergency medicine skills that significantly enhance the level of care available compared to most primary care models. While our highly trained nurse practitioners are an important part of our care team, concierge patients will always have access to Dr. Galvin himself.
